The Leadership Draft℠ is a 12-week leadership development experience led by Brian Watts. Through digital participant materials, weekly live sessions, reflection and real-world application, participants will have space to think about their leadership and put what they learn into practice.
The Leadership Draft℠ is designed for:
Bring your experience, your questions and a willingness to work on how you lead.
A structured experience that connects reading and reflection with the situations you face at work.
Facilitated sessions to discuss ideas, ask questions and learn alongside other leaders.
Materials to support your preparation, reflection and application throughout the program.
The first cohort is intended for 6–12 participants, supporting conversation and participation.
The experience asks you to try ideas in your own leadership, reflect on what happens and bring those observations back to the conversation.
